1) Enter a Catalog Number in the catalog number field. (For test kits, please request certificates for each reagent separately.) 2) Enter the Lot Number of the product in the lot number field. (Note: Lot numbers are located near the product catalog number on Hach products. If the number begins with a letter, you may omit the letter in the form field.) 3) Click on the "Add" button.

The server returns a list of all Certificates of Analysis that apply to that catalog and lot number. * * To remove items, click on the check box to clear the selection. Enter additional catalog numbers until your list is complete. The list will be updated with each new catalog number you enter.

4) When your list is complete, click the "Create Acrobat File" button at the bottom of the list. The file will be returned as an Adobe Acrobat document.
